How is the price decided?
After reviewing your process, Azamat defines the screens, integrations, data and delivery requirements with you. The proposal separates the initial build from recurring hosting and support. Pricing is confirmed by a person before work begins.
Do we need a completely custom application?
Sometimes a configuration change in an existing tool is enough. The first conversation is about the problem and constraints. Custom development makes sense when the gap is clear and the expected value justifies building and maintaining it.
Can you support it after launch?
Hosting and ongoing support can be included in a monthly agreement. The proposal specifies what is covered, how changes are requested, third-party costs and what happens if the service ends.
