1. Who operates this website

“Genzai”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the sole proprietor below. GENZAI is a registered business name, not a separate corporation.

2. A request to talk, not a purchase

The website describes custom software services and shows examples of what we can build. Sending the callback form asks us to contact you about your inquiry. It does not place an order, start a subscription, reserve an appointment or create an obligation to buy.

Project scope, deliverables, pricing, payment, support, hosting and any subscription terms will be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins. Website examples are not a commitment to deliver a particular feature, price or timeline.

3. Callback requests

Provide your own name and a telephone number for which you are the subscriber or customary user and are authorized to give consent. By affirmatively selecting the callback checkbox and submitting the form, you electronically sign your express consent for Genzai to call that specific number about your project and our software services, including through an automated dialing system and an AI-generated or other artificial voice. The call may include a discussion of services we offer for your project. This permission is for Genzai only.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may email us instead of requesting a call. The checkbox is not selected in advance; changing your name or number clears the choice so you can confirm the updated request. Submission does not guarantee a callback or response time.

If an AI voice agent calls, it will identify itself as an AI agent calling for Genzai at the start of the conversation. An AI conversation requires live processing of your voice to understand and respond. This form does not authorize unrelated marketing, third-party advertising, text-message campaigns, audio recording or saved transcripts. Any proposed recording or additional use will require its own notice and any consent required before it begins.

You may withdraw consent at any time by telling the caller to stop or emailing aza@genzaicore.com. Withdrawal applies to future calls. An earlier request that authorized only a human callback does not authorize an AI call; changing these Terms does not expand old consent.

4. Interactive demonstrations

Demonstrations use sample information and fictional customer-facing company details. They prepare local previews; they do not submit live orders. The website callback form is separate from those demonstration tools.

Drawings, clearances, materials and calculated dimensions illustrate software behaviour. They are not certified engineering, manufacturing or shipping specifications, quotations, structural ratings or installation advice. Have an appropriate specialist verify measurements and requirements before relying on them for real work.

Enter sample data in the demonstrations. Avoid confidential, sensitive or third-party information. A download or clipboard action creates a copy under your control; an email-preview action may open your own email application.

5. Acceptable use and ownership

You may browse the website and try the demonstrations for lawful evaluation of our services. Do not submit another person’s contact details without authority, spam the form, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or use it to infringe someone’s rights.

The website’s software, design, branding and content belong to Genzai or their respective licensors. Evaluation access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute the software. You retain ownership of information you provide and permit us to use it only as needed to handle your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep this site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free website and demonstrations are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, waives applicable consumer rights, or limits a remedy that the law requires. Any paid services will be governed by their separate agreement.

7. Privacy, changes and applicable law

The linked Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiry information. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply going forward and do not expand a previously given callback consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Subject to any mandatory rights to a different forum, disputes concerning this website may be brought before the courts of Ontario in Toronto. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
